Three Years of One Direction + BSE Video Review.

This blog post is going to be a little bit different.. more of a celebration.. Enjoy!

Alright, so... I may or may not have had to take a day to let One Direction's new video for their new single "Best Song Ever", sink in before I wrote this.  I'm not going to lie to you all, but I don't think it still has. Ha! I think this may be their best video yet! The song is so dang catchy, I just can't help but want to dance around & replay it over, & over.

First, Niall & Louis as Harvey & Jonny - The Studio Execs.. I could NOT contain my laughter.  These boys are absolutely hilarious! I now want to see Niall tap dance!

Zayn as Veronica - The Sexy Assistant.. amazing. I mean, come on! Zayn is an absolutely gorgeous guy, but he may be a prettier girl than I am!  When the guys were staring at his backside when he bent over, I nearly lost it!

Harry as Marcel - The Marketing Guy.. What is there to say about Marcel besides the fact that this character was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.  Harry nailed it.  From his voice, to his actions.. I couldn't name one thing I didn't like.  The way he danced behind Liam as Leeroy the choreographer, hysterical.

Liam - Leeroy the choreographer.. oh my Liam. I am a hardcore Liam girl.. this was great.  Especially from the credits at the end, seeing the ridiculous shorts he was wearing.

Seriously, when Zayn was doing the bit of graffiti, & the boys all looked so proud, I lost it.  I 100% cried.  I mean I let it all out, the whole nine yards, UGLY CRIED.

Like I said, the boys look so proud at the end of the video, & they should be.  It's all leading up to This Is Us.

Today, is THREE years of One Direction, & I could not be more proud of how far they have come.  I've met some incredible people due to these boys & I wouldn't trade the memories I have for anything. I cannot believe it's been three years, & I'll probably end up sitting here watching their X Factor journey & crying my eyes out, yet again.  I just love them, & the fact that they've stayed true to who they were from day 1. If I could say anything to them, it would just be Thank You.

Blackheart Nail Polish & Lipstick Review!

My last post was about my awesome haul from Hot Topic's Blackheart cosmetics.  Seriously, if you haven't checked out the rockin' sales going on at Hot Topic right now, you're missing out!  Even if you think the store isn't for you, I'm pretty sure anyone can find something they'll like in there!  The styles of Hot Topic are definitely evolving.

So, anyway.. I'm going to review these 4 products for you guys!

1st - The first product I tried from this haul was the Violet lipstick.  Before I put on any lipstick, I always use chapstick.  This makes this lipstick come on a little light, so I put on a few coats.  I'm not just saying this, but I am ABSOLUTELY in love with this product.  The color is gorgeous, especially if you're looking to stand out.  It looks great with only one light coat, but also with two or three.  I know I will be wearing this color a lot in the future.

2nd -  I tried the Violet Tendencies nail polish next.  I put a coat on and let it dry to see how the color comes on.  I like my nails to be bold so I added at least two more coats, and was left with an amazing shade of deep purple.  I think the bit of blue/purple glitter in the nail polish adds to the appeal!

3rd - The third product I tried was the Teal Glitter nail polish.  This polis would be great for any occasion.  You can put one thin coat on, or put a few on for a more bold look.  I enjoyed the color a lot & would definitely recommend it!

4th - Finally, the fourth product from my hail was the Razor's Edge nail polish.  This polish went on smooth & looked very pretty.  The only downfall was that you definitely need a top coat because it chips easier than most polishes.  Other than that, I love it!

Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase that only totaled $7.38 that could have been over $20.  If you are looking for some fun new colors for cosmetics, definitely hit up Hot Topic. Don't be afraid, or judge the store from what you think you know.  Like I said before, the style is evolving so much, you make be surprised at the selection.

Just wanted to take the time to wish all my fellow Americans a Happy 4th of July!  I hope everyone has a safe & fun holiday! It's important that we remember & honor the sacrifices for our freedom that were made so we can enjoy being free.

Nail Polish Addict.

I hope you've enjoyed my last few posts! Today, I will be writing about something that made me really happy.  There is a Hot Mess Clearance sale going on right now at Hot Topic & all clearance accessories are BOGO! You read that right, Buy One Get One... FREE!  If you know me at all, or have followed me on Instagram, or Tumblr, you'll know that painting my nails is like therapy for me.

So, once I saw the BOGO accessories, I knew I had to look through the boxes.  These are what I picked up:

Three Blackheart nail polishes in Razor's Edge, Violet Tendencies & Teal Glitter.  I also picked up this Violet Blackheart lipstick, as well.

Usually, each of these products costs about $5/per item, but with the sale, they were only $3.48/per item & even then BOGO!  This means, I only paid $7.38 total!  Which I would say is extremely awesome, & would definitely call that a win!

I'm really excited to try these out, & will make another post once I do!
